Dunnlane Terms of Service

Dunnlane is a software product operated by Offeh & Co Enterprise Ltd. These terms describe the basis on which merchants may access and use Dunnlane for failed payment recovery, subscription dunning, and related payment-update workflows.

Operator

Offeh & Co Enterprise Ltd is the legal entity that owns, maintains, and operates Dunnlane.

Service use

Dunnlane helps merchants automate failed payment recovery, subscription dunning, backup payment collection, and customer messaging associated with those workflows.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their customer communications, including SMS and email reminders, are sent with appropriate consent and in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
